Import Shopify collections from a CSV — free.
Let your agent work across all your spreadsheets for you.
Upload your collections list — a CSV or Excel file with whatever headers you already have — and get back a Shopify-ready collections import file. We match your columns to Shopify's collection fields, flag anything that needs your judgment (like smart-collection rules), and show you a plain-language list of exactly what we mapped and what we couldn't. Your original file is never changed.
What it does
Shopify's collections import expects specific column headers and value formats. Your source list rarely matches them out of the box — the titles, descriptions, publish flags, and sort orders live under headers of your own. This tool reads your file, maps each column to the right Shopify collection field, and writes a clean import CSV you can upload in your Shopify admin.
The mapping ledger is the point
Nothing is mapped silently. Every column you gave us shows up under what we mapped — source header → Shopify field — and anything we couldn't place lands under what needs you, with the reason and how to resolve it. Smart-collection rules and product-assignment columns that need a live store connection are flagged there rather than guessed at.
Reviewed file, not an automatic write
This hands you a reviewed import file to check and upload yourself — it never writes to your store directly. You stay in control of what actually lands in Shopify, and your uploaded file is read in memory and never stored.
